WE LOVE CHEESE

Alfie brings cheeses like Potz Blitz and Perle des Apes from small producers in Switzerland and Holland.

Our team’s collective love of food has turned into a passion for cheese and cheese knowledge

We are thrilled to support an exciting new collaboration between the Academy of Cheese and the Michael Caines Academy and we are immensely proud that our Lucy Cufflin was a judge at the 2024 World Cheese Awards in Portugal - together, with our deep passion and extensive knowledge and expertise of all things cheese, we are CHAMPIONS FOR CHEESE!

Cheese adventures down under

Our new grant helps foster the next generation of cheese experts

We are very excited to announce that we have provided the funding to introduce a brand-new educational venture instigated by The Academy of Cheese at the Michael Caines Academy based at Exeter College.

‘Cheesewick’ will be represented at World Cheese Awards

Our team’s collective love of food has turned into a passion for cheese and cheese knowledge. Lucy Cufflin was among the judges at the 2024 World Cheese Awards in Portugal.
